Brighthand has found out from a source that the rumored palmOne LifeDrive might be called Tungsten X . In a Brighthand article , Ed Hardy mentions that, despite rumors that LifeDrive will be the name of palmOne's upcoming hard-drive based device, "a source familiar with palmOne's plans has just revealed to Brighthand that this device will be called the Tungsten X."
Some new information on the Tungsten X:
- It will have 64MB RAM (57MB usable) instead of 32MB
- Normsoft's PocketTunes replaces RealPlayer but will still support Real's Rhapsody service
- Hard drive access using PalmOne's File Tranasfer Utiltiy via USB2.0
