| Podcast 210 Hi Alan,
I have checked for the latest podcast but it doesn't appear to be available yet. Has the link changed? |

Which version of the podcast: the standard .mp3 version (available using the podcast feed link here on 1SRC.com) or the enhanced .m4a version (available using the podcast feed link from SmartphoneFanatics.com)? As far as I know, both versions are working normally in iTunes as of Sunday night.

| If you are not crazy about gadget sliders, why did you go thru all those Tungsten models? I have a Centro now and look forward to the bigger screen of the Pre and hope the slider keyboard is not going to be an issue.
Also I think the new Palm netbook should be "instant on".

| Still can't pull it using Juice.
Did you really upload an unrestricted mp3 Alan?
Edit:
I just pulled it manually using the mp3 link in the article. PITA!

| Same here, even subscribed to the enhanced feed (iTunes) and was only provided with show #209. Going to just listen to it from the direct MP3 link via the PC.

| Hey folks. Sorry for the long delay in getting back to you. Allow me to take care of the business items first.
I have no idea what is going on the 1SRC podcast feed for the regular .mp3 file. I just double-checked the article in the content management system and it doesn't look like I've done anything obviously wrong when I posted the show. I've emailed Reggie asking him to look into the feed as I don't have direct access to such things.
I also checked the enhanced podcast feed over at SmartphoneFanatics.com. There was a problem over then when my hosting company was messing with server upgrades and the .m4a MIME type got squashed so the feed stopped working. I've had them correct the problem and republished the enhanced podcast feed.
I just checked both feeds from my computer at work. The 1SRC feed is broken for some reason. The SmartphoneFanatics feed is working normally, but, I did notice that in iTunes, show 210 shows up at the bottom of the list, not above show 209. Go figure.
The direct links are: http://www.1src.com/podcasts/1srcpodcast210.mp3
and http://www.smartphonefanatics.com/1...cpodcast210.m4a

I went through all of those sliders because I'm a Palm wingnut!
By the time I upgrade from the Tungsten T3 to the T5, I was done with sliders. I ended up grabbing the Palm and opening the slider as soon as I grabbed the stylus. I never used the Palm with the slider closed. Then there was the floppy slider issues along with the lost screw issues. Oh, and don't forget the lose display/digitizer cable issues. It just seemed like there was so little utility from the slider with a lot of places where the slider could break down.
The Pre might be different, every time I pull out my Treo 750 or BlackBerry, I'm always using the keyboard and I can see myself always sliding up the Pre display when I go to use it.
