The DSP only deals with the audio. The video decoding happens through the HHE. This is why video drains the battery a lot while audio does a decent job when it comes to battery life.

| How do you add an image to the video so you know which is which? All it shows for me for the video name is ???.

| I remember it is possible in the standard movieplayer to "take a picture" somewhere in the movie and that picture will then be displayed in the movie listing. | |

| The file is MPEG-1, with the extension .mp4. Do you think that is what is messing it up? I have to convert to MPEG-1, or it won't work. So... I think the MP4 tags are getting corrupted...

| For MP4, it works on the VZ90 but not on the UX or TH (if you got that far). I think some other files were needed but couldn't figure out which.

| AH! The file is MPEG-1. That is why it shows ??? when I put it in the .mp4 folder and give it the .mp4 extension. When I put it in the MPG folder with a .mpg extension, it works. But it says only quicktime and MP4 can have a thumbnail

Place codecs on MS and copy to RAM using Palm Insider Pro or non-restricting file manager. That's it.
