Clie to MS back to MS?

I was trying to free up some memory on my n760c, so I moved two applications (ThoughtManager and HanDbase) to my 128mb stick. I use clielauncher, so I just tapped and dragged them to the stick icon. When asked if I wanted to move or copy the apps to the stick, I said 'move.' Even thought this freed up a lot of space on the Clie, it has created some anoying minor problems:

1. Now these two applications can't be assigned to buttons (I had ThoughtManager on the calculator and HanDbase on the todo button).

2. When I press the back button to go to home, it takes forever

3. My app/da launcher doesn't recognize these applications anymore in it's history. So if I want to go back to one of these apps, I have to back to the first menu, which causes problem #2.

Nothing has crashed (whew!), but I would like to know how to move thes applications back to the clie. I'll try to dump other less significant stuff to the stick or completely off to get more memory.

The behavior you've mentioned is typical, and I think a large part of the reason people use PowerRun and/or PiDirect II--other programs can 'see' the apps when moved via this method.

You can use any type of file manager to move items from the card to the main Clie memory. They'll be in the Palm/Launcher directory.

FileZ is a free one that works very well, and is available at PalmGear for download.
