| nice... Is the keyboard backlight really that bright? The screen looks like it's been increased in brightness or something when the keyboard backlight is on. |

Note that the main screen is overbright as well; it's a time-exposure shot, taken with a Canon Powershot S30 with a shutter speed of 1 second. The lighting is for effect, not really accuracy.
By the way, it's an animated GIF--if you have animation turned off in your browser, you're not seeing the whole effect.

| the keyboard backlit is great!! I am very looking forward to get hold to my own TG-50 (I have got my sister-in-law to get it from HK...Sydney don't even say the TG-50 is coming  ......5 more days my mother will bring it here!!)

Awesome images. It's nice seeing that kind of comparison. The comparison I'd like to see in photos is between a TG50, T|T, and NX60/NX70V.

Too bad the Bluetooth light doesn't stay solid like in your picture. ;-)
I love Sony's epileptic inducing strobing blue light on the TG50.
