+ Fast writing on it.
+ page support.
+ quick switching and browsing.
+ Quick resize
+ Categorizing
- nothing really to use for painting
Moepaint is a painting program
+ Supports layers and effects like blur.
+ Has different ways to paint.
+ files have everything stored.
- Big file sizes. (like 2-4mb)
- Slow to use as it isnt meant to be opened and drawn in a flash.
- Not much scrolling, what you see, is the area you can draw on.
