| Poll: Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3? Ok, after the announcement of PlayStation 3 last night, I thought of creating a poll.

| I'm in no rush to be an early adopter. The specs for BOTH are awesome, but until I get to play and finish Halo 3 on the original Xbox (since apparently there's no Halo for X360), I'm gonna wait.
Whichever has the best "media integration" is probably gonna win out, because it'll be the GFs decision as much as mine. Hence my vote for "Whatever"

| Screw Microsoft's lousy Windows Media Center shenanigans.
Playstation 3 all the way. I mean, Sony doesn't rank that much higher on my list of companies I like due to their customer service/quality/etc, but I really don't need that microsoft crap.
Bluetooth controllers? Threw me a curve, that sounds awesome. Wireless AND bluetooth, gnarly. |

| Revolution is right. This is when Nintendo notices that it no longer can compete with the best and should just fall like SEGA. As for the best system, Playstation 3. Finally, my 3 MS and bro's 1 MS Duo will become handy when I get a SD device.

| I am venturing into the wind here with this (how's that for a colloquial statement for you? and that..), but I am going to buy a PS3 first just to have Blu-Ray DVD playback. I can stick the ugly thing into a paper bag, as long as it will do 720p justice.

| the revolution is delayed ... XBOX will probably have backward compatibility issues ... I am planning on getting myself the PS3 ... it even supports dual screen if you have a PSP ... also support blu-ray DVD ....
Besides - the PS3 is an aesthetic delight to look at

Errr. Sega lives on.. It's called the XBox. Or 800 pound Dreamcast 2
So are you saying that the games you like, are better than the type of games I like?
Funny, I didn't see any PSP at the theater yesterday, but there were plenty of "Nintendo" DSs and GBAs. Now who dominates the handheld market... Not Sony. Maybe Sony should fall back from the Handheld market. It's not going to happen, the same is true for Nintendo and the console arena, since they still produce the most enjoyable console games IMO.
There's plenty of room for Nintendo and Sony to coexist. Nintendo is the only variation in a sea of blah, which is sooo prominate on the PS2 and Xbox.
But I like the PS3, so I'll buy one to use as a stand for my Revolution.

| I guess both of them... As usual there will be some interesting games on Xbox 360° and a lot more on PS3...
The good thing is that there are 6 months between their respectiv launches... So I can save money for both of them
I saw that on Xbox 360° there will be... DOA Extreme Volleyball 2... So definitly I will have the 360 °

| Why would you spend your money on a Media Center? Just buy a true game machine, the PS3.

PS3 is about as "true" of a "game machine" as X360, lol. The True Game Machine would be Revolution. |

Sega had been always ahead everybody else. Its GameGear was way better than the GameBoy, Genesis better than SNES, Dreamcast better than PS and N64, etc.
I wonder why they quit. |

The Genesis could actually display *less* colours on-screen than the SNES, and the SNES had the ability to have a faster processor on the cart.. but that's not the point.
