Lets see, who did those? There is one in the freeware section by Tsensei, but I believe the more popular ones were made by the iceman, but im not sure. Linux skinner, please speak up!

And yes, I agree, there should be an option to load skins from the memory card like how Zlauncher does with their themes. Save a lot of memory heheh ^_^, too many skins inside my clie lately . | |

| i will add support for custom fonts as well. FontsForOS5 is too unstable for me, time to make my own app.

Just an FYI-
If you are using Fontsmoother there have been some stability issues, that could be the problem. I use FontHackV (no Fontsmoother), along with 4 other YAHM hacks and about a dozen "hack-like" programs with NO stability issues in FontHackV.
Nothing against font subbing, but there are a lot of apps that already do it and several font formats. You might want to get all the UI elements skinned first and debugged, then try adding custom font support. Just a suggestion...

| custom font support is VERY easy which is why i refuse to buy FontsForOS5 - it does not cost the money to set ONE system global variable.

Yes, I agree. I am using FontSmoother, obviously, and I am not having too many problems, though I could stand having less. We can save the font sub program for now, but if you can fix some of the FS bugs that would be useful.
BTW, I use Fontsmoother for global font substitution, because it is better than Fonts4OS5 in this regard.
I'll be out of touch for about an hour, so if I dont respond to any questions, you know why.

Just a quick note, then I'll be out of touch for a couple of hours. I set up a skin with red for ObjectForeground and white for ObjectSelectedForeground. The text in the buttons and triggers in the skin are red for both states, but if I Preview the Default I get red for unselected and white for selected. So the colors are being set for the system, but skinUI is applying the "unselected" text color to both states of the buttons and triggers. |

Yes, it did.
Meanwhile I tried it at home with a different cradle. Same result, the T3 crashes whenever I insert it into the cradle.

Email Tam Hanna about this Dmitry. He has a T3, and some special insight into this area of the OS. He may be able to tell you whats going on.
BTW, this skinmaking stuff is hard. I cant see the difference between a couple of the shades of gray on my PC monitor. Thats where my Clie and Tbmpedit comes into play.
