Memory Stick Duo Pro & Data Import on Clie Backgound
Sorry about the long problem. I tried to document thoroughly.
I received a 128Mb Memory Stick Duo Pro, and I successfully ran a
Clie' MS-Backup to it.
With a different, old (not Pro) Memory stick duo using a
Clie' Data Import link to my Win notebook computer, I successfully read and wrote data.
With yet a different memory stick pro Often before, I used the same
Clie' Data Import link to my Win notebook computer to mount the ms pro volume from Wind. Even after the problem below, I can mount and read and write from Wind using
Clie' Data Import a memory stick pro.
Problem
However, using the same adapter sleeve as before and a 128Mb Memory Stick Duo Pro with in a
Clie' Data Import link to my Win notebook computer, I could not use Wind. to mount the volume of the 128Mb Memory Stick Duo Pro. In this case, I got a Wind. error:
- Disk F: not formatted. Do you want to format disk F:?
After I tried to reformat from Wind. on /
Wind. - Clie Data Import, I received the following error
- Disk F: Cannot be formatted.
I then formatted the 128Mb Memory Stick Duo Pro using
Clie Files and on linking with
Clie Data Import, I had the same situation as above.
Should I give up on mounting from Wind the 128Mb Memory Stick Duo Pro?
