You can use the palmOne Quick Install Tool to load programs into RAM (top portion of the window) or onto the card (lower portion of the window). The install tool program can be found in the Palm/palmOne program group.
Just brought the 650 and wanted to know is there an application that would let me put programs on my card, because of the limited memory.
Yes, when you install applications the "Install Tool" will give you the option of installing to the handheld or its card. If you use the built-in launcher you can access those applications through the drop-down menu that accesses the different application categories with the launcher. This menu is found at the top of the launcher screen. Alternatively, there are a number of add-on launchers that automatically read the card for applications and place their icon and name on screen along side the icons for the applications located in the handheld. Very transparent.
