| If you go to the main page here at ClieSource, there is a bar with links. One of them says 'Skins'. In there, you will find what you are looking for. For the Backgrounds, look under Skins/Launchers/YiShow.

I love the tutorial! I finally am able to make my own skins! Only one problem, How do I get the entire picture to fit? The original picture is 320x450 but it still does'nt fit in the VG area. Also when I resize it to 320x180 it stretches the picture. How can I make the Icons on the Vg area pictures like the skins I can download on Clie Files?
Thanks

When you are making the image, do you have a image that is 320x450, with the top 2/3's blank and just the actual skin image in the bottom 320x130? And the icons are static, they won't be able to change when you press them.

| No. How do I create a image that is 320x450, with the top 2/3's blank and just the actual skin image in the bottom 320x130? As far as the icons, if you go to Clie Files, under VG, look for the Hero skin and you will see what I'm talking about. The icons are pictures.
Thanks

| Using a image editting program, such as Photoshop, create a new image that is 320x130. This will be your skin. You can make the icons and everything look however you want, but they must line up to where the icons currently are. Check out this tutorial for more on making skins. When your done with this image, you must then make another blank image that is 320x450. Then, copy the skin that you just made into this image, and move it to the very bottom. Then follow the rest of these steps for converting that image into a skin.

First, I would like to thank you for responding so promptly.
Second, Whoa this isn't as easy as I thought!
How do you copy the skin to the Blank 320x450 image? Do you import it?
Also I have NXSkinGen but I have no clue! Man.., I feel like my professor let me slide. Please help when you can. I am not that computer literate, so please explain in laymans terms.
Thanks
MAJI NX

| AHHHHHHHHHHHH! I've got it! You have to create layers in photoshop to get the blank image and the picture to come together! AHHHHHHHHH! Look for some of my skins to post!
Thank,
