I am currently a sprint customer. I want a treo 650. I called sprint and the lady on the other line had no clue what the hell a treo 650 was. I called back a second time and the other sales rep had no clue when it would be available in sprint stores. My contract is up with sprint, and I was hoping to upgrade to the treo 650. If I order my palm through palm one, will I still get the 150 dollar sprint discount if I am not a new sprint customer?? Palm gives you two options on their site.
1. New sprint customer $499.
2. Keep your current contract $599.
Should I cancel my current contract which has already since long expired and open a new one?? or do I click on keep current contract and hope sprint will give me the discounts when I call to renew my contract?? Anyone else experience this problem?? Thanks in advance.
If you haven't already choosen an option. I will tell you that sprint will give you the discount if your renew your contract. i had similar issue and my contract so happened to expire Dec 1.. They were okay with the discount. I however, did'nt use it because I got one through PalmOne Business tour at a steal. good luck..
