On the main application page, tap on the time display in the upper left corner of the screen. A drop-down menu will appear. Tap on "Delete." A list of the applications that can be deleted will appear. Tap on the application you want to delete (you may have to scroll down to see the one you want) and then tap on "Delete" again. A box will appear asking if your sure you want to delete the selected item. Tap on "Yes."
Not all applications can be deleted but hopefully the one's you want to delete can.

In my opinion, the best uninstall app is Uninstall Manager. Nothing even comes close.
