| Ricon sets to use with Icon FX? I have Icon FX and am able to convert ricon sets to be used by it. However, I cannot make these ricon sets. How do you create them? I know riconchanger allowed you to replace icons as does icon FX but I cannot find any information on how to create the icon sets themselves. I use ZL Iconfactory, but the overlays do not display in the dia area. Can anyone please help me out here? |

| You can also edit icons (and other images in apps) using Constructor for Palm OS on your desktop, which I find is a lot easier than using IconFX. |

Nice tah see yah! I check in here every so often..
I had forgotten about constructor, its what I used to create the skin I have for Contacts 5. Hmmm, I'll have to try that out. |

| Constructor is doing the trick. Its not as flexible as I might like (limited to 44x44 for high density) but all in all it is allowing me to have my dia be more robust! Thanks a lot! |

| Well, I am sure there is a way to change the sizes of the icons but I am happy with the results thus far. I was not able to edit Webpro...it looked liked it was locked. I'd bet other apps are like that also.I saw that someone had edited the bitmap with the novarra logo and and I'd love to know how that was done! However, I was able to edit another app's icons (one I downloaded for that purpose only) and used AppIcon to swap the icons over. thanks a million for the suggestion! |

| I was able to "unlock" webpro by using Zlauncher's file manager. Just FYI to anyone looking to tweak their applications. |

| PFCD Probably would work for the icons: http://www.1src.com/forums/showthread.php?t=83630
(It's easier to use than it looks. All of the settings are automatically read from the prc file. They are there in case you want to change something.)
Send me an email if you would like to try it. |

| Wow..it is much easier than Constructor and works flawlessly with Jasc Photoshop. All I need do is double click an image and it launches photoshop for edit and then I close it to be done. I'll need to sit down and do some thinkin' on what apps to screw with...err I mean "skin" hehe. I'd love to update Nekocat somehow...we'll see. Thanks a million Festus! |
