I downloaded the demo. I thought I would check it out seeing it is only 9.99 for a limited time.
Is it just 1 character or can you have a party like Legacy? How does the game compare to Legacy? So far I got to the town found out about the spider problem and killed a couple spiders. Being only armed with a weapon that you start with and it costing you 100 to buy the map and thats all the money you start with, I'm finding it near impossible to kill anything without nearly dying myself. I think that is all the questions I had but people that have played it perhaps if you could expand on the details of the game. Since the trial you can't go up in level I'm rather limited on how much I can explore to see if I really want the game.

I really liked Dragonfire, but played through it over a year ago so my memory on it is a bit rusty. To answer some of your questions:
It is just 1 character - no party. And it is a little tough in the beginning, but it certainly doesn't stay that way forever. Think the spiders are tough? Just wait till you fight some dwarfs! The puzzles in general are a lot easier to figure out than Legacy. Overall, a fun play. Not too short, not too long either. Good graphics too (compared to Kyle's Quest). A good deal for $9.95 IMHO. (I payed $14.95 when it first came out...)
