Unhappy TH55 Preference - Date & Time - missing time zone list

The list box of the "Set Time Zone" of my TH55 CLIE disappeared. When it is clicked, an empty box is shown on the screen. If I use WA Clock and try to set the world time, same thing happens.
Could anyone help me fix the problem? Is there any file missing in my CLIE?
Thanks.

I can't explain why this happened to you, but I am pretty sure it is easily fixed. Reset is the key. Try a soft reset first. If that doesn't fix it, then do a sync to make sure your files are all backed up and then do a hard reset. Good luck.

I'm guessing that this is because you have another program "controlling" your Time Zones. Do you use DateBk5? I see this same behavior (I also have WA Clock), but simply use DateBk5 to change Time Zones.

Thanks for your advice [rbentley & tgoulart]. Unfortunately, the list box won't restore itself after a soft reset. I haven't tried a hard reset yet.

I don't use Datebk5 or other similar products on my TH55. I just simply stick to the Organizer. I also found that when I tapped on the empty list, the name of the place and the GMT+n did reappear. However, the list cannot be scrolled up and down.

The above problem isn't that serious and it is still tolerable :-P
