I'm having a problem with all the hard buttons including the press select-scroll. If I do a soft reset any button works ONE time. And then after that none of them work. I eventually tried a hard reset. That didn't help either. Any thoughts? Maybe it's time to contact Sony. This all started when I forgot to put it on the charger. I came back from vacation to find the battery dead. And apparently when that happens it's like doing a hard reset. After reloading everything it didn't work right.
