 |  Jog wheel problem...
Hello all,
I just got my NZ back from the repair shop cause my screen got cracked, an ordeal in of itself, and now I seem to be having all sorts of problems

It sould appear that it thinks the jog wheel is always scrolling, when it is not actually scrolling. On the main apps menu it constantly scrolls through them so I can't access any app, and when I do, it's completely random. I have tried to hard reset, but I hold the power button and hit reset, then the palm screen just freezes there, it never asks me to erase all data.
Furthermore, when I put it in the cradle to hotsync it, and push the button, it opens memo pad, and doesn't hotsync.
Do you think this is a hardware problem? Or is it something I've done with the software? Does anywone know how I could fix it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
