i need help guys,

suddenly my nx80 doesn't want to play or record videos any longer. no idea why. when i try to record a video, it says "Error in the Multimedia System. Movie Recorder will abort."

And when i try to play a movie, it says "file format not supported" even though i had no problems playing that video file sometime last week. no idea what could have caused this.

can anyone tell me how i can fix this without losing all my data?

my pda is my life.. if it's formatted, i'd be lost =/

I've hit this before, a soft reset fixed it for me.
