You may want to look at MissingSync from http://markspace.com

| Thanks for the reply.
What I've ended up doing is syncing via Bluetooth. Got it working perfectly |

| Quick update to say the trick (manual editing of the 3 files) still works with Leopard, TH55 and PalmDesktop 4.2.1 . |

| Does Leopard's iSync work with Clies? It supposedly works with PalmOS5 devices.

If you mean without using PalmDesktop then the answer is no, at least via USB.
Unluckily this TH55 hasn't got bt so I can't try anything else. |

When this thread started I wasn't even a Mac owner but having now found this and seen this very interesting comment can I ask you to explain?
Does this mean that it is possible to sync a TH55 and NX70 to iCal on my Macs (Tiger and Leopard)? That would be wonderful! I shall resurrect them forthwith if so.

| Syncing with iCal could work with iSync conduit but I had bat time using it as it didn't synced categories very well.
You can sync using The Missing Sync for Palm OS, get the demo. It's somehow expensive but maybe worth it as it adds interesting features to syncing and it works well with iLife suite. |

| I guess that's the way I'll have to go then. Honestly I think iCal is one of the worst apps on OS X, I can't imagine that going back to the excellent Clie PIM will make me like it any better.

| What is the purpose of the Mac OS X Development Kit? I'm just curious, is it a programming compiler/IDE that supports many languages. If so, how many languages does it support? In case your not familiar with it, look in your Mac HD or the OS X disc that came with your Mac.

Your question does not have anything to do with the original post "Does Mac OS X really require MissingSync for Clie".
Short answer, yes Xcode is an IDE with compilers.
Long answer, why not start a new thread to ask your question, and get more details?
Or you could go over to the Apple Discussions Forums and ask your question in the Software Development 101 Forum.
