Ups... Has anybody seen anything like this before?

I wrote a Mail today using ClieMail and then tried to send it away. I connected to the net via IRDA and my mobile phone as I did a hundred times before. ClieMail connected to the POP3 Server and started loading the new mails. While loading the mails bodies it suddenly says "Internal Errror, reset device" and offered a button for resetting. I did and the machine was booted.

Now, when I tried to start ClieMail again, it won´t start but said something like "ClieMail corrupted. Please reinstall the application"... I had a backup from yesterday on my MS, so I restored it and anything seems to be fine now (if we don´t talk about the Mail i wrote, which is lost now..)

An error which corrupts an Insallation? WTF? Is this a ClieMail problem? Or do I have to expect this to happen on an regular basis with an NZ90? Or may even my NZ90 be defective?

I´m quite new to Palms, so I would really like to know if this is something to worry about.
