Can tg use the new mem stick format?

Can it use the mem stick pro?

It would be really nice if it would be able to use it....i mean can it be software upgraded if it wasn't? It would be a draw back.... sony disappoints me sometimes

Im at work so I don't have time to search through the sony.jp site and translate with babel fish but what I did see last night on the sony.jp site with the translation seemed to indicate that when the software patch is avail.(likewise for the NX/NZ) it will be able to support the MS pro. I am not sure if that patch is avail yet though. Anybody have any ideas?

The SonyStyle Japan site definitely says it can use Memory Stick PRO.

Data of business file and graphics file et cetera comfortably reading. It corresponds to also " the memory stick PRO " of the largest 1GB software upgrade * with, can handle the large capacity data.

From a translation. It sounds like it needs the software upgrade to accept the MS Pro.
