I didn't have any problem whatsoever ordering about two weeks ago. What browser/PC combination are you using?
Here is a direct link to the TH55 case if that helps: http://www.senacases.com/cart/customer/home.php?cat=288

| SenaCases.com has sent us a tracking information for the sample of TH55 case we requested. After we evaluate the product, I will post here if it will be available in our site.
Cheers! |

| I am using Windows XP . My browser is MyIE2. I have tried it with the regular IE browser and here is what happens when I use either one of these browsers:
I get into the site. I click on buy. I put in all my info including credit care. It processes and then says request denied because payment is in wrong format.
I tried using a different credit card....same thing.
I tried using debit card.......same thing.
What format do they mean. Also it takes forever to load each page. By the way, I use a wireless linxys router. I have Net Front on my TH55 with the user agent: Mozilla/4.0compatible;MSIE5.5;WindowsNT5.0
I really want to order this case. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hey Geeky,
Why don't you try using your office or your friend's pc. May be that will solve your problems and can order immediately.
Copy to Jun; how about your price for the Sena case? Will it come with a discount? Shipping charges to Malaysia? Thanks.

Shipping charges to Malaysia start at $9 for USPS Global Priority Mail and $18.00 for USPS Express Mail. Depending on our selling agreement with Sena, any discount is a possibility. But we are not sure yet if we will be selling the Sena case, we have to evaluate their products first. Any other questions, please email sales at glblsrc.com.
Cheers! |

We are not restocking the Brando Syncdicator cable anymore. You can get it directly from Brando with a lower shipping of just $3.00. If you are referring to the Translucent Black GS Hinge Plugs, we may restock that product soon with a new lower price. Check our site regularly or I will post it here once it becomes available. The Translucent Crimson GS Hinge Plugs actually are not bad at all. They also look good in your TH55 and are currently low in stock now. Click here for the picture of TH55 with Translucent Crimson GS Hinge Plugs on. |

| I just got my sena th55 case and I love it. It fits great, no stiching problems and the leather feels good. The only complaint I have it it doesn't fit in my old NR cradle, but I'll get over that. I thought the back buttons would be odd to use with the case but they are not, so I am happy with my case |

| Sena Failure I still like the case, but My Clie plummetted to the concrete sidewalk from it.
This was caused by at least two design decisions. Putting the belt clip in the middle to avois the camera lense, means that the clie rotates rather easily. Couple that with the fact that that it slides so easily out of the case, and you have a disastor waiting to happen. I thought I had snapped it shut (though it was Monday morning). Either I didn't snap it, or it came undone.
No screen damage, but the side piece came out, and will not snap back in. I think I need to take it apart to get the piece back in, so perhaps we'll have the innards posted soon... I promise to use a better camera than the one used in the pics.
Now... I f I can only find a local, or FAST source for the "Y" driver...

I am sorry to hear this. Let's see the damage once your pic is approved by a moderator. |

Wonderful. Will it be less costly to buy and send it to Europe than it would be if I ordered from Senacases.com? (39 + 19 USD!! )

The incorrect format was in the expired box. I kept putting in a slash. The kind people at Sena Cases emailed me with the proper format and I was able to order without problems. Thanks for everyone's replies. Will let you all know when I get my case and what I think of it.
