Faye Story Junior Member Join Date: Mar 2004 Location: FL Posts: 2	Palm Applications The T 3 is new to me as I just replaced my original Palm (first model ever released). I installed a few programs that have pc use & backup, which are great. Now I've downloaded a program from the Palm archives & installed it on the Palm. It works fine, but when I HotSync, why doesn't the info appear on the Palm desktop like "contacts", "memos", etc. Better yet, is it HotSyncing to any place at all? Thanks,

Try starting up Outlook and seeing if any of the info from your Palm has been put in there.
