T3: Dust under the screen

Oh no! I have dust UNDER my screen. You can see it clearly on a black background.

How can I remove it? Open the device and void the warranty?
Or is this reason enough to send the unit in for a repair?

Please help!
Daniel

I suspect the dust come in from stylus hole If you remove your stylus and switch on the display, you can find more than 10 tiny vents inside stylus hole

How can you see dust underneath the TT3 screen? It uses the screen technology that makes it really really hard to see dust if it is even there. If you got it from a local dealer see if they can exchange it for you and make you happy. I just got my TT3 and hope there isnt dust...

Hmmm. Dust used to be a problem with sidelit screens, but backlit screens are usually sealed at the sides and not susceptible to dust. It's possible that your dust got there during manufacture of the screen. Are you sure it's dust and not bad pixels?

Yea, i think bob might be getting at something with the fact that it could be a dead/stuck pixel on the screen. It still sucks... My heart goes out for ya'.
