| Drug DB 5th year PharmD: ePocrates' greastest asset is it's relatively quick and FREE. Adequate but limited info. Worst...must reside in PDA memory (not into all the SW to get programs like this to run from cards...if it's a hassle, forget it!)
Best drug DB by far is LexiDrugs...not cheap (75 USD) but worth it if you need more than the basics. (ePocrates PRO isn't worth it, IMHO...50 or 60 USD?) I also like the Lexi nursing version for IV and patient ed info that's included. A slew of bundled SW avail with 5 min clinical consult, drug interactions, etc. about 225 USD.
Might try out Repligo also. Fantastic all around file converter...I use it to keep clinical guidelines in PDF files on T3 (GOLD, JNCVII, etc.) So MUCH better than Adobe POS reader for palm! Can print any format from PC to PDA via print driver....try the demo and see if you're not impressed.

Well, enjoy the T3... I really like mine (I would highly suggest getting iSilo for it because it is really nice to be able to read off the expanded screen and there are several great medical ebooks/texts available)... |
It's a possibility. Peds Uro, that is. I've got some decisions to make, that's for sure!
As for ISilo, I know it's not expensive, but I don't like having to pay for the upgrade to v4. We'll see... |
