Yes the sales room HASto be open to actually sell the fish, i read it on the instructions page where you register.

If you have registered with them, you can always ask them to resend you the registration code. I've had to hard reset my Clie and I lost my iSilo reg code, so I just email them for it and I got it back. You can't ask for other ppl's reg code because it will only work with their HotSync IDs, not yours.
