I plan to build my Battery Extender Charger on 4AA and only I need to know the output voltage for example from the BC10 charger... Thx for anyone who can check this for me... Actually, for about $10US, including shipping, you can get a BC10 knockoff on eBay, that is functionally very similar.

I bought the real thing from Sony's refurb/clearance web site for $21US, including shipping. It hasn't arrived yet, but it has shipped. See the coupons thread under General on this site.
