Wireless/Bluetooth pros HELP!

I've searched all over the net and cliesource for a solution yet the dark circles under my eyes are getting darker with every LATE night trying to solve my bluetooth file transfer problems.  First of all, I am a wireless/bluetooth noob.  The bits and pieces of info I have pulled from the net and these posts have been helpful but not where I need it.  I can hotsync and surf the net via bluetooth but no file transfer either way.  When I try to send from my PC it returns a box saying "service file transfer not found on device".  I tried using SMBMate - it signs on but returns a message "failedload\* invalid requested name or UNC path"  no idea what this means.  I could go back to the USB hookup but that sort of defeats the purpose of having bluetooth.  I hope there is a solution out there

PC is Windows XP Pro behind a linksys router and cable modem.  Bluetooth is a linksys USB adapter USBBT100 class 1.  Clie UX40

Hey SuperSaiyan,
don't use the entire path to the share folder just \\"computer name"\"share folder name" and make sure share folder name has no spaces.
