#2 | | Guest | go to slickdeals.net and type in buy.com coupon. You will find 10 dollars off a 150 dollar electronics purchase. So go to buy.com and find the sandisk 512 stick and add it, the coupon, and then something as cheap as you can find (I bought a .57 cent CDR) to bump over 150. When everything was said and done, I have a 512 memory stick for 140 + change with free delivery, no tax. Peace

| Is there any noticable speed increase with moving from a regular Memory Stick (blue) to one of the newer Memory Stick Pros?
They suggest that there is on Sony's site but I was wondering if anyone had noticed real speed improvements on their TH55 accessing an application like Noah Pro or MyBible.
Thanks,
Brad |

| although the Clie doesn't support the high speed transfer, it seems that overall speed using the MS Pro is better than the regular stick. I previously ran an old benchmark program that suggests the improvement in certain aspects of MS use. |

#11 | | Guest | i find it a bit odd that kenny west posts on cliesource asking for best prices for m/s, when his own site sells them via mobileplanet http://www.mobileplanet.com/private...me=Memory+Stick
strange, or a palmgear / cliesource connection??
and didn't palmgear just purchase pocketgear, one of the leading ppc sites (handango's biggest ppc competition) | |

| As an FYI.. The 512MB MS at buy.com ( http://www.buy.com/retail/computers...sp?sku=10345434) is NOT available! I ordered yesterday using the $10 off coupon and got an email today informing me that the manufacturer is unable to supply them and it was cancelled from my order. GRRRRR... Then why is it still listed for sale??? |
