I seem to lose my icons (in my datebook) each time I hotsync. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have Intellisync Lite set up so it'll hotsync with Outlook and I've tried different combinations to see if I can get it to hotsync or not hotsync with various software (turning Intellisync Lite on and off as well as doing the same for the PC Clie Organizer).

No luck. Each time my icons are wiped out.

Any thoughts?
