I hotsync differently at home (bluetooth) and at work (USB cable).
I don't know if many of you are going though the same, but it's quite annoying to choose the type of hotsync you are doing everytime.
The easiest way I found was to set up two different sync buttons on ZLauncher, one directly hotsyncs through cable, but the other one still requests the BT connection.
