Apps That Work on Cobalt

I just finished testing ALL the apps I currently have on my NX80V/U on the Palm OS Cobalt simulator. Here are the results. I was pleasantly surprised as I feared more apps wouldn't work for some reason.

Apps That Play Nice With Cobalt:

AK Stylus Test
AlwaysOn
AreaCodes
AvantGo
ChessGenius
CityTime
Converter
FileZ
Hanabi
Inflation Master
KSDatebook
Learn Alpha
MATRIX
McColors
MGammon
MobileDBLt
PalmReader
Parens
Solitaire (stand alone)
SplashClock
SplashPhoto
StreetFinder
SuperMemo
Tetris (Pocket express)
TieMaster
Units
X-Man
Due Yesterday
ZGrab

Apps on my NX80V/U That Don't Play Nice:

Fonts4OS5 (no surprise here as it's got OS5 right there in it's name)
FunCam
JFLight
JpegShow (no surprise as well here as this is only designed for Sony devices)
OKey (Sony again)

All of these apps I tested were the latest version. Can anyone else who has the Cobalt simulator post test results of apps not tested here and maybe we could get a very comprehensive picture of what to expect with the first version of Cobalt?

Let's keep this going.

Most of these apps should work, since the Cobalt OS has the 'pre-OS6 Emulator' thing, which allows it to run most OS 3, 4, and 5 apps.

I know...but it's the difference between 'should work' and actually 'do work' that I want to document.

Someone said in another thread that ZLauncher doesn't work, but I'm sure ZZTechs will take care of that quickly.

Heh, I wondered why someone was bringing this up. It was a dead issue a while ago. Now I know

A quick question: does anyone know whether ARM-native apps for PalmOS 5 work on Palm OS 6 (NOT the simulator, but a real device)? I heard something about a different structure...

There are no devices running OS6 because no manufacturers licensed it. Ancient history.
