I bought a TH55 from DELL and straight away it couldn't hotsync to my computer. I went through 3 hours of protocols with sony support and we determined the unit had a hardware malfunction that wouldn't allow it to connect.
I notified DELL and they shipped a new one to me ASAP, and a box to airbourne express the old one back. What excellent customer support! I'm buying dell from now on.
Sorry about your TH55, but thanks about the note on Dell's customer support. I ordered a TH55 and cradle from Dell yesterday. Hopefully, all will be well.
