hogs Registered User Join Date: Apr 2002 Posts: 111	Hello Andrew, At first I assume that you have a device able to display at least 320x320 pixels... Before you can see the skin, you have to go to the "Color & skin setup" option, select "16bit color" depth and validate your choice. Then go again into the "Color & skin setup" option, then you should be able to select the skin from the dropdown list. Time to time I have noticed that you may have to quit ML 4.1 and launch it again to have such information updated...

I'm using a T615, and haven't had any problems with skins before this, but I still can't get the Flotte skin to work. I have both the NX style skin and your Honey skin installed, and they work fine, but the Flotte skin just won't show up in the menu. I double-checked to make sure that it was the 320x320 version, and also exited and re-entered ML, but nothing seems to work...

hogs Registered User Join Date: Apr 2002 Posts: 111	very strange... I do have a T625 (the european equivalent to the T615) and no problem to have this skin in the list.... I also tested with all skins loaded on it... I also tested it on an emulator with the real T615 ROM without any problem... Does someone else notice the same problem ?

I might have discovered something, but I am still confused as it work on a 615/625 and PalmOs 5 emulators/simulators ... PS have you checked that you have free RAM enough ? One thing a noticed: the flotte skin shows up in the list of ML related files in the ML advanced view but is of a different "type" than the NX skin. The NX skin is listed as an MSDB file, and the flotte skin is listed as a BBDB file. Would this make a difference?

OK, forget about RAM. Further your answer, I suspect that you did not install all files...

MSDB corresponds to the skin file. you need it (flotte.prc)
BBDB corresponds to the background file. It is optional. Depending your screen size, you will either load flotte_320x320_16bpp.prc or flotte_320x480_16bpp.prc.

Anyway I send you the modified file as well as the two backgrounds .
