Hi, I Installed the PalmDesktop4.01 and the USB driver for my NR70V. But when i tried to hot-sync, my handheld can't seem to make a connection with my computer. The error scrip on the Clie said something about USB taken by another device, or setup not properly installed. I tried using different USB inputs, but the same problem still remains. Any help would be appreciated.

Very common problem usually fixed after a hard reset

Press the reset button on the back of the unit and the on/off button at the same time. Release the on/off button but not the reset (takes a couple of tries to do it right :-) ). Tap the yes on the screen. Do the synch.

Note - all data in the unit will be lost - back it up to the MS first
