| Very nice indeed. I've been playing with it for the last hour, reformatting my databases to work with this new version. |

| Had to e-mail them twice with 3 issues.
1) Double entries (Card and RAM) when a password protected db is placed on the card tapped and then cancelled.
2) Font setting keeps going back to the largest setting.
3) When drawing a picture and then coming back into the record, the bottom tool bar disappears. |

| Just going by what was posted on their "v3.0 Sneak Peek" FAQ list:
"Is there a beta program? We are not currently running a public beta program."
Where was the resistration for it?

| Dataviz emailed me with the registration, based on a survey I completed on their site a few months ago.

| I've got the beta, too. There is a little problem with german 'umlauten' (ä,ö,ü) when copying a file from RAM to card. You have to replace the umlaute by their subsitutes ae, oe, ue. Mayby that other users have problems with special characters, too.
The rest is fine so far, and the GUI looks much better than before.

| Biggest issue I've encountered, is a crash everytime I try to access one of the last several records in a Smartlist. Seems to only affect Smartlists with >100 records. Also the copy of a Smartlist on the card sometimes reports more records than the copy in RAM, even though they should be exact copies.

| I've also see the drawing areas become simply black and white with a scrambled screen, like it does not know it is a color device. |
