Let me know! |
I am currently sharing Season 13 of the Simpsons in NX format in the IRC channel. Also I know where to find the videos. Go to www.xgoogle.com and do a search for Simpsons. In the results you will find IRC channels that share Simpsons episodes. The videos in there are far better quality then those on Kazaa.

It is true that recent Simpson episodes (Seasons 13 and 14) are available on Kazaa in MPEG quality. However when looking for anything before then it is hard to find much. Kazaa is easier to use but using IRC has its rewards.

| hmmm its awesome what you guys are doing and I wouldnt mind converting some stuff too. Could you tell me your settings for conversion of large movie files? Everytime i convert for the default movie player on the nx it wont correctly play. Are you using kinoma or the movieplayer?

| Oh I was just wondering if you would take other peoples contributions for nx users like videos or movies. Currently I've got some anime that could be used . I have tried converting them but still get the same problem of consistency it doesnt always play sometimes it starts in the middle or something. So tell me if you want some anime for your site mjpd.

| Ok ... going out on a limb here, there is another IRC channel that is busting with content but not with users.
If you are interested and are somewhat familiar with IRC (doesn't matter the flavor you're using for client) but we're over at the following specs:
/server irc.nullus.net
/join #clie
Laid back atmosphere for chatting, and good people willing to help out those starting off.
There's too much content to list here so drop on by!
Cheers!

| The videos on my site are encoded with Kinoma Producer, so they'll require Kinoma Player to view them. They're divided into two sections as I'm sure you've seen; one for NR Clie's and one for NX. The reason is that they use different audio formats. Let me know if you have any problems with them! |

| Aluicious, please let me know what problems you're having on my site so I can fix it! I haven't had any other complaints about the registration process (700+ registered users and counting ), so send me an e-mail or something and I'll do my best to find out what's wrong. Thanks! |

hey.... if you've had good luck using DVDx to rip dvd's, could you help me? check out the post in this forum with the DVDx in the subject. I've tried it... but the videos I get are jittery visually. I'd really appreciate any help you can give me.
others in the room have helped... but I just can't seem to get the parameters right. DVDx does have a lot of them...
thanks in advance dude,
-chris

| Yeah the best way for me to help I believe is to send you a picture of some settings a friend gave me. I'll include quick descritions and info to help. Email me at L0keman@cableone.net and I'll send it in a reply.
