I just finished and uploaded my first skin. It is just a simple design, but soon they will become better.

It looks like you have a good start there, without the progams (and not having the Clie Launcher) I am not completely sure where you are headed but it looks good. Keep making those skins.
If you are looking a good screenshot program, there are two good ones available for free:
1. HRCaptDA - Here is a good page describing how to set it up and where to get the software.
2. ZGrab - Located here it is a new program. Its main advantage is that it will capture the full screen on all devices.
A very interesting concept, but for me personally, I dislike skins with the creator's name on them . . . if there's gonna be any name, it better be MINE.
