terue5b0 Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2003 Location: Las Vegas, NV Posts: 243	Illegal Operation with Hotsync Manager... I'm kinda having a problem with my SJ33 and with Hotsync Manager. I didn't install Palm Desktop, only the Hotsync Manager (from the disc that came with the SJ33). Whenever I perform a hotsync I get a message that says something like: Hotsync Manager has performed an illegal operation, then the hotsync stops and there is an error log created in the palm folder in program files on c drive. Anyone know why Hotsync Manager performs an "illegal operation"? I have a custom built computer running a 2.4GHz PentiumIV, 1GB of RAM, 80GB hard drive. Thanks for any help.

I have reinstalled numerous times and the manual doesn't have anything relating to what is happening.
