Why do "they" always see the need to fix something that isn't broken? The least they could have done was provided a way to choose between 1 or 2!! Oh well.
I looked at the option from Zan's Stuff (link), but I don't want to lose the functionality of the half-caps feature.
So are there any other options for getting back to Graffiti 1? I have always tended to write in all caps when I handwrite, so G-1 is much closer to my own method. Let alone that I have spent the past few years getting it down. I'd sooner switch to the metric system...
I thought I would be replacing G2 with G1, but after about a week I got used it and some of the features even make it faster for me. The ability to write caps with out a special stroke is one of them. It did take some getting used, to be sure, but I don't think I will be risking the replacement now. I have become used to G2 and am loving it more every day. I would advise giving it a chance, there aren't that many diffferences between it and G1 and some them even make good sense.
