| Belkin 4 in 1 Stylus Pen I am really finding this pen a nice tool with my NX80V. A combination of getting use to the less sensitive screen and the fact that this stylus has a nice fine point (but doesn't scratch the screen or leave marks) is making "screen work" on the NX80V much easier!
I picked the pen up at Staples for $14.95. It was behind the PDA counter rather than in the large pen section (where I looked for 10 minutes). The other three "choices" are a nice fine point black pen, fine point red pen, and .5 mechanical pencil. To select which one you use (on the barrel of the pen are markings identifying the pens), hold the desired marking so that it is facing up, and depress the top button (same as typical pen). It's very cool! I highly recommend this pen. In meetings now, I can have my paper note pad and PDA and not have to clumsily switch instuments to go back and forth from paper to PDA.

| Just be careful to use the right point on your NX80.

| Yes, the mechanical pencil SCRATCH would be painful indeed!

| out of curiosity, why both paper pad and Clie? I just try to be 'paperless', and when I see someone with a nice handheld AND paper, I think they are affraid to commit to digital.
...must have to do with the nature of your meetings, as you are clearly an advanced user... maybe my question is stupid, take no offense.
I am a multipen user too, I used a Cros Digital Duo Writer until the stylus wore down to a nub! Here are a couple of my favorites: http://www.styluscentral.com/istylusduo.html http://www.styluscentral.com/platpenzepmi.html

| The Belkin 4-in-1 looks a lot like the Penatia Multifunction by Cross (though there are some obvious differences).
I just ordered a couple of the Penatias from StylusCentral and they're only US$4.89 each! Here's hoping that this is a great deal and not "you get what you pay for".
If anyone's interested, I'll give an update when they arrive. |
