Yahoo! Mail Settings:

Incoming Server: pop.mail.yahoo.com
Outgoing: smtp.mail.yahoo.com

this will only work if you have a paid account with Yahoo. You will have to upgrade your mailbox or something to get POP access.

No. Yahoo used to offer this for free, but have now changed it to only allow you to retrieve your email through Outlook or another POP client by paying for their service.

If you get yahoopops that lets you emulate a pop3 account then you can run it on your PC. Then set the pop3 mail servers to your computer's IP address. Its kinda tricky, but it can be done.
