Kinoma Simpson's episodes

I've got every episode from the first three seasons of the Simpsons converted to AVI files, but every time I try to get them converted to kinoma files, they're under 2 MB, and there's no picture or sound. Anyone have any ideas on how to get them to convert properly?

Do you have the reg'd version of Kinoma Producer?

The trial version has something like 30 sec limit.

I have the registered version. The kinoma file is the correct length, but there is no video or sound. It's a blank screened video once the file is converted.

Can you play the .avi files on the computer you're running Kinoma on? Perhaps you don't have the right codec installed. Do you remember what format the files are in? DivX perhaps?

Have you tried using the Sony ImageConverter app to convert the episodes? I've been using that with pretty good success. It's worth a shot.

I registered Kinoma Producer also, but found that ImageConverter works just as well (although there aren't as many configuration options)

I can play the files just fine. I just can't convert them. They're AVI files using MPEG2 compression.
