you could also use JackFlash & it'll just do a clean delete.

Only one thing.
Since I once had the nx70, everytime I do something I asking my "Okay, do I have the nx update?...Do I need it?...Do I have the ms pro update?... Do I need it?...Do I have backups of those files on the reg. ms sticks" and then I remember I no longer have to sweat those things anymore .
Man that was a pain in the ... |
Paul, don't fret, I am sure there will be another round of updates as time goes on

Hello Eddy!
Yeah, I forgot about JF darn it! I have to go out shortly with my brother for food shopping. So I'll wait until later, I have to factor in Murphy's Law in these kinds of situations. When pressed for time, I can count on everything going wrong, btw, it never fails...

There is a plugin for Winzip that enables it to unzip lzh files. If I find it again, I'll post the link here. The only liimitation I found with it was the lzh file has to be relatively close to your root directory. Something about a limitation on path length.
Here is the file that enables Winzip to unzip lzh files. http://www.simtel.net/pub/pd/39969.html

| guys ....
as i posted before, the mini's patch is doing fine in my nx80.
also you could not play in the background as a drawback.
but i have another problem, i have some mp3 songs that could not played in my nx80. the error message is something like this: "....copyright protected...."
i don't have any mspro or magicgate, all i have is ms and cf.
all my mp3 is converted with cdextractor from original cd.
i really don't get it, why some mp3 songs are ok while the others couldn't be played.
the same song and ms is ok whenever i use it in nr70 or t665.
any idea?
thanks |

| First off, thanks mini for the apps. They work great on my new NX-80V.
To ssulux, there are some issues with MP3s on the NX series. The two I have come across are no VBR support and issues with recordings recorded at sample rates other than 44,100.
Check your MP3s and see if either of these are issues.

| brabhamt, it seems to me that you're right.
mp3songs that has code of vbr doesn't work with my nx80.
other songs without vbr are ok.
thanks again man... |

| You can play mp3s in backround! Hey Guys, backgound again, if you'd like it to work.
And it's really not much of a hassle
I did last night and I'm doing it as we speak.
Here are the rules...so far.
-ms must be inserted when you start(I realize you're aware, just making sure)
-You can play the cf mp3 list from the reg audio player as well as the cf audio player, but only if the cf audio player has been selected or played first
-MS mp3 files will not be listed(not a problem for me-most mp3s on cf anyway) I believe it requires a soft reset to see them again
-You can remove the ms while in another app with background playing
-You can remove ms during play while in cf audioplayer and play continues
-But play will cease if you remove ms while in th reg audio player
That's all I found so far.
Mini, you're my hero dude!

Thank you kind Sir !
I downloaded and installed the plug-in and it somewhat works. I used to have OnTrack's Zip Magic, but it didn't like Windows XP too much. I still use Power Desk as my file manager as I can't stand Windows Explorer.
Thanks again!

| Great patch, it works. I installed them and they work well in my NX80V, if you do not set background play, both of them works well, but if you set one of them playing at background, it will mass up.
It will be great if we can play in background in them.
Thanks,
Jack |

| I've read through the entire post and I still cannot confidently determine if this works on the NX70. Can somebody clear this up for me?
Thanks |
