| good that finally somebody has a posting about it working off the NX80. So is MP3 playback possible on the background (I mean with the checkbox to refresh the playlist), or is it confined to only playback in AudioPlayer mode? 
Thanks for your reply in advance.  Mini, or somebody with an NX80 JP, would it be possible to email me those 3 files, I think it's not working on my NX70 because sony had minor upgrades on those application, or maybe not, but want to get it working. Could this be hardware related, afterall, the NX80 hardware configuration is somewhat different, isn't it? I do have the NX73 CF Utility correctly installed and not a patch, so that narrow things down to those 3 files. IMHO

| I tried both the original NX73 CF driver and the hacked one with the three CF programs.... none of them works...
anyone got it work on NX70?
I've applied MS-PRO patch....

| I have CliePet's 3 -bit patch (the original NX73 driver/ also the patched version) working with MS Pro update installed. & I'm using the NX70V. 
Did you have the system update patch as well with your NX70? It was quite a straight forward installation. hum...

| anxiously waiting for help with the files, you're the bro! stronggeek! Now to put to the test if the files would work or not.
Also can you fill me in on the overclocking thing, I've gone through the thread just got lost somewhere. surely could use a helping hand & a stable overclock app.

Same here and pretty much the same set-up with the 1g viking, nx80 and man the movies look flawless on nx80 screen!
Only one thing.
Since I once had the nx70, everytime I do something I asking my "Okay, do I have the nx update?...Do I need it?...Do I have the ms pro update?... Do I need it?...Do I have backups of those files on the reg. ms sticks" and then I remember I no longer have to sweat those things anymore .
Man that was a pain in the ...

Yes, I installed two patches, MSPRONX_ENUS.PRC and SYSUPDATEPACKNX_US.PRC.

| One thing that would make these patches even greater is lowering the battery warning level. then I'm all in for these patches.

well, just tried the NX80 patched files on my NX70 (special thanks to Strongeek), unfortunately the results were negative, applications are launchable, but can't play off the CF Card. Oh well, least worth the try & now have a solid result. IMHO

You're always helping me and like you said, atleast you know!
And as far as the nx80 I feel there's something right around the corner also and my warranty allowed me to trade, otherwise I might still be waitin, cause ya know sony's gonna raise the bar again and probably make the sony apps funtional with the cf card do some other crazy tricked stuff.
And if I like, well then I shall have that too!

BTW, only AudioPlayer will work with the EruWare driver. I didn't try the Sony drivers yet on my NX70. CFRecorder and CFplayer both give me errors when I try to play or record. Might be attributable to the non-Sony driver. I will play with it more later.
I had to change the file type for CFAudioPlayer so I could delete it from RAM, after a pin reset.
