I have been looking for a good program to track my weight lifting workouts. A couple I've found and like are Workout Tracker by Stand Alone and Powerweights. Each of these programs have good features, but neither is ideal. Has anyone found a really good program that is convenient to use at the gym?
I use BodyAdvance.....keeps track of workout and nutrition info.....but its pretty much tailored to Body For Life......i don't have the URL off hand, but its on all the major palm sites (palmgear, etc.)
