Talking Amazing Customer service way to do DSI

Prior to Xmas I was looking to get a DSI case for my SJ30 after all the good stuff I had read about them. As I was in the process of ordering it online I noticed the shipping to Australia was $21USD this would have put the price to almost $100 AUD

There was no way I was going to pay this.

So I emailed them to see if there was a cheaper postage option. The forwared my query (very quickly) to their partners in Taiwan http://www.pda-armor.com/.

The next day I recived a response that to post it to Australia it would cost the same as from DSI. But they had a solution.

They deal with a company here in Australia and had contacted them to see if one of their reps who travels there often would bring one back for me.

This was over Xmas so they would not be back in Taiwan untill early in the new year but I was prepared to wait.

During the first week of this year I recieved an email from the company here in Australia asking if I still wanted the case and could I call them to arrange the details.

I promtly called and the informed me the case was sitting on the desk next to the person I was talking with. They got my address and posted it that day. I recieved it the next.

I can not get over the effort these guys went through to get me my case, it was amazing.

I love my case and would recomend DSI and T Mod to anyone looking for a case.

Way to go guys
