Apologies to all. It seems that the stitching on the lower half of the case was done a little too closely and caused the Clie not to fit properly. I have since spent an hour or so twisting and turning the NZ90 at various angles until the case stretched slightly and the Clie finally fit. So apologies to all and to Brando for the false alarm.
