My data on the handheld was corrupted somehow, but everything is fine with the desktop data. So I'm trying to have the DT overwrite the TH55, but it's not doing it. I tried 3 times, made sure each time that the HotSync setup for the 4 data counduits said "desktop overwrites handheld." The message says "HotSync was successful," but nothing changes on either the Desktop or the TH55. I even tried making some token changes in the Desktop data to see if that would trigger something, but nothing doing!
Any ideas?

did you reinstall the applications on the Clie first?
Did you try a cold reset and reinstall from your last backup?
I've had to do both of those one time or another to fix this problem when something scrambled the Clie.
